Crease to bottom corner. Verso: album paper remnants partially obscure the words, but it appears to read "Verne standing at foo[t] of Mm. Mill's grace - Odd Fellow's Cemetery" [in pen].

As this was found in Los Angeles this was likely taken at the Odd Fellows Cemetery there, best known as the site of the 1985 burial for the 'aborted fetus scandal'.
